Mr. Linscheid is a full service criminal defense attorney with experience defending the accused in a variety of criminal cases in both federal and state courts. Mr. Linscheid’s experience ranges from defending individuals charged with serious felony offenses to DUI and traffic offenses. In addition, Mr. Linscheid has assisted individuals with clearing their records, including record expungements and certificates of rehabilitation. Mr. Linscheid has represented individuals whose assets were seized in civil and criminal forfeiture proceedings.
Mr. Linscheid received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at San Diego. Mr. Linscheid received his law degree from the University of San Francisco, School of Law where he served as an Articles Editor on both the USF Law Review as well as the Intellectual Property Law Bulletin.
Mr. Linscheid is licensed by the State Bar of California and is a member of several legal associations including: the Bar Association of San Francisco, the California DUI Lawyers Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the California Public Defenders Association.
In addition to being licensed to practice in the State of California, Mr. Linscheid is also licensed to practice in the Northern and Eastern Districts, United States Federal Courts as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
